No. The assistant shares general information from your approved materials and is held to a hard advice firewall — it never offers case-specific legal conclusions, and it says so plainly before offering a consult.
02What happens when it doesn’t know?
It abstains. With no matching approved source, it says “I don’t have a reliable source for that” and points the visitor to book with you — it never guesses or invents.
03How does verification work?
A human reviewer confirms your identity and current bar standing, binds your verified seal to your bar number, and hashes that snapshot into the audit log. Standing is re-checked periodically.
04Where do answers come from?
Only from sources you approve — your FAQs, practice guides, fee pages, and intake docs. You govern the source set from your dashboard, and every answer links back to it.
05Is it compliant and on the record?
Every turn is written to a per-firm, tamper-evident audit chain stamped with the exact policy in force — verifiable by an outside auditor. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; a formal SOC 2 Type II attestation is on our roadmap.
06How long until I’m live?
